How do I sponsor a Competition?

In addition to the costs of running our team, we also host competitions for FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST Robotics Competitions.  And we’re always looking for sponsors of the events.  Your generosity will be recognized for supporting the FIRST program.

Being a sponsor allows you access to the intangibles of your organization’s’ community image and future workforce development.

We value all our sponsors to the highest degree!

FRC FTC  Level Awards
Platinum
$15,000 and above		   Platinum sponsors receive all of the other tiers plus being eligible for field naming rights at the Michigan State Competition
Gold
$10,000 – $14,999		   Gold sponsors will receive:

  • Name frequently mentioned by the emcee when announcing teams on the field; heard by 1500-2000 people.
  • Logo Displayed on the large screen between matches
  • Logo on handout/brochure distributed to participants
  • Logo on 11″x17″ signage throughout the building
  • Opportunity to hang larger signage with logo in Fieldhouse / school during the event.
  • Opportunity to have speaker during opening ceremony (2 minute speech on either Friday or Saturday)
  • Opportunity to have a representative on the judging panel (must be able to attend all day Friday and Saturday).  This is a great way to learn about highly talented students.
  • Opportunity for table during Friday’s College fair to recruit or hand out information.
  • Mention at TV / Radio shows when team is promoting the event (typically 2 to 3 shows a year)
Silver
$500 – $1,999		   Sponsors will receive a thank-you card, their logo/name on the website and on the robot, and inclusion on the team’s brochures.
Bronze
$100 – $499		   Sponsors will receive a thank-you card, appear on the website, and have their logo appear on the robot itself.
